Belinda graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017. She has completed her Pilates training through the Pilates Institute of Queensland and is delighted to be a part of the Agility Physio & Pilates team.
Special interests include - Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Vestibular rehabilitation
Belinda utilises a range of manual techniques (including dry needling) and complements these with Pilates-based rehabilitation programs with an emphasis on functional integration - so whether you dance professionally, are experiencing back pain or just want to work on general conditioning, she will tailor your treatment or pilates program to suit you and your personal goals.
Belinda’s other passion is Musical Theatre - so when she is not in a musical or rehearsing, you will find her singing and dancing her way through the halls of the Ascot clinic where she consults, provides Pilates and Dance Assessments, and runs many of our Pilates and Bones and Balance classes.
(And it wouldn’t be a true blurb about Belinda if she didn’t mention her love for travel, snowboarding, Lululemon, coffee, and her husband Ben.)
